Key Tasks and Responsibilities
·
Work with our financial services clients to craft innovative
solutions to meet their needs based on our portfolio of software products
·
Program/Project Manage client engagements with responsibility for
project scoping, planning, resourcing, communications, budget management and
project quality assurance.
·
Work with all external and internal stakeholders, including
product development and product marketing, to ensure that all client
commitments are correctly sized, communicated and understood ensuring the
delivered solution meets or exceeds client expectations and is aligned to the product
development road map.
·
Ultimate responsibility for successful project delivery, covering
technology, process and client communications work streams.
·
Participate in pre-sales support activities
·
Work with account management and delivery teams to identify
additional opportunities within managed accounts where our technology can be
deployed to add further value to our clients.
·
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, to specification and
within budget.
Experience
·
Client facing experience working with financial services clients
at senior levels to deliver large complex technology solutions (5 years
experience).
·
Excellent interpersonal, communications and project management
skills.
·
Excellent project management skills with a track record in
delivering large complex IT solutions, primarily in the Financial Services
sector and preferably in the Fraud & Risk Management space.
·
Strong knowledge of current enterprise class IT system
architectures including database, middleware and web product server
technologies.
·
Preference will be given to candidates who have delivered product
based solutions to the Financial Services sector, particularly in the following
business areas: Asset Management, Brokerage, Trading, Settlements and Fund
Management.
·
Proven leadership and team building experience.
·
Strong business analysis skills and ability to properly articulate
and communicate key project goals and how they are to be achieved
·
Familiarity with expert systems (rules engines) and/or statistical
principles and/or data warehousing an advantage
·
Familiarity with regulatory / compliance requirements for the
financial services sector an advantage

Requirements
·
Preferably Masters level qualification in Business Administration,
Economics Statistics or Computer science.
·
As there will be requirements for the person to work from Client
sites, the person must be willing to be mobile and to spend periods of time
away on Client sites.
