Senior C# .Net Developer - Perm Job: 09-MNSD
Major Financial firm in Boston seeks a Perm .Net Developer. Evaluates complex client area requirements and processes, including software enhancements and maintenance to existing software. Prepares application system specifications, develops, tests, and implements efficient, cost effective application solutions. Receives general supervision from the Development Manager. Is competent to work at the highest level of all phases of systems analysis and application development while working independently.
We are a group implementing the latest development standards on the Microsoft platform, and are looking for passionate people desiring to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment, using the latest Microsoft development tool offerings.
- Minimum 5-7 Years experience developing distributed applications in Windows and Web Environments using Microsoft technologies (Visual Studio 2008, C#, SQL Server 2005), including the familiarity and experience with latest .NET development standards/methodologies (WPF, WCF, WF, Entity Framework)
- Strong individual contributor with the ability to work either independently with little supervision or as a team player working collaboratively, generating ideas and recommendations to better streamline development environment and productivity
- Experience with industry standard software development methodologies and adherence to corporate documentation requirements
- Prior experience in Financial Services industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
