We need a Linux Systems Administration for a top notch software company based in Cambridge MA.

* Xen virtualization and Puppet software management
* Nagios/Zenoss monitoring
* HAProxy load balancing
* mySQL replication and administration
* Network design and support
* Intrusion defense

Requirements

* 7+ years of Systems Administration experience
* 5+ years of Linux and mySQL administration
* B. Sc., BA or equivalent
* 5+ years experience with TCP/IP networking, including routers, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP
* Scripting experience (e.g. bash, Perl, python)
* Experience with co-located hosting sites
* Experience with RoR environments is a plus
* Cisco IOS/Pix
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot unknown problems efficiently
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing, startup environment
